This property was absolutely beautiful to stay at, provided plenty to do as a family from playing in the water to sitting by the fire pit to enjoying family games in the house or enjoying the view from the back deck. Recommend 100% and want to return in the future.

This is our third property rental on River Oaks in Kingsland. We love this location and the beautiful Llano River. This house was well-equipped, clean, and the communication with the property manager was a breeze. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This property is spectacular. The view from the top deck and also the lower patio was beautiful and very relaxing. Beds were very comfy and the house was very clean. We will definitely be back soon. Great contact with owner when needed. Kids had fun fishing and access to boat lift was a plus.
