About this house rental
A modern style freshly renovated 3,500 square ft lake front property on Lake LBJ!
The property is located in a no-wake cove off the busy lake, perfect for swimming and fishing. Dredging was recently completed in 2022 around the swim deck about 20’+ out from concrete swim deck. Depth should be about 8’+ deep or more to allow our guest to jump into the lake any style you want, however, We do ask that you do not dive in head first for your safety! There is (2) green fishing lights installed to attract fish at night, some of the best fishing happen at night!
Tired of swimming in the lake? Then jump into our heated/chilled pool with attached spa. Spa is large for 6-10 guest at one time. Pool comes with a built in pool cover for the safety of our guest and is controlled via app for the duration of your stay. Heat for pool does come with an additonal fee starting at $350 for your stay, but the spa is free of additonal charge.

Our home has everything included and is equipped with a boathouse overlooking the cove, and an indoor and outdoor kitchen with a propane grill. Entertainment outside includes outdoor TV, corn hole boards, 2 Kayak’s, 2 SUP boards, a floating swim pad and Lilly pad available for use, along with a huge furnished concrete pad for fishing/fun/sun/relaxing. On our concrete pad you will find a well furnished seating area and a pergola with fans and electricity to sit back and relax and mingle near the water. All of this is topped off with an outdoor/WiFi Sonos stereo system that is easily accessible via any device connected to the property wide WiFi.
All TV’s in the home are “smart” and in the boathouse you will find video games to play between all your water activities.
Bringing your boat or Ski’s? Please let us know ahead of time so that we can arrange details for you or arrange for our boat slip to be available. Our guests will have access to a boat launch located directly in our backyard. Dock cleats are on our concrete pad for tying up as well. Jet ski and boat slips are available for an additional fee.
Bringing your furry friends? Our property is 100% fenced off but will allow your furry family member into every room on the property. Additionally, pets are welcome inside just please keep them off the furniture. : ) Additional fee of $200 applies.

This was a great place for our large family to stay. There are two bunk rooms and lots of beds. Be aware one is rather far from the house and up stairs with no bathroom. It was fine for our 20-somethings though. Lots of sitting areas and area to play. The outdoor TV was great for the football games!I do not recommend paying for the “heated pool.” It never got even a little warm, definitely way too cold to swim in, but I couldn’t get the 300 back.I have not received my very large deposit back, so I hope I don’t regret this Excellent rating. We do hope to go back, maybe in the summer.

This exceptionally spacious residence features an exquisite pool and ample kitchen facilities, ideal for family gatherings. The heated pool and fireplace were particularly appreciated on cooler evenings. The property also offers an excellent location for fishing, with a well-illuminated area for nighttime angling.

This was our 2nd year staying here for a guys golf trip. We had 10 in our group and the house was as good this year as it was last year. Plenty of room for us all to spread out and a great gathering spot. We look forward to year 3 in 2026!Thank you for being a very responsive host!Cheers!

Beautiful property overall, cozy, clean and laid out nice, plenty of room for everyone. BUT! For the price I paid a night the property should have been impeccable with everything in working order. The outdoor kitchens were horrendous, gas grill was sooo full of grease it started on fire. Thank God no trip to the ER, the other grills were equally disgusting. Not cleaned and obviously not checked, prior to our arrival. Sonos Sound system worked sporadically, spa was out of order, due to the mosquito larvae swimming in it has been out for awhile. Notified by owner the day of our arrival that they recently been notified of malfunction on hot tub and parts were on order. According to a previous review it has been an issue for awhile.Very sad to see the lack of attention and maintenance for such a gorgeous piece of property...Huge disappointment for what I paid...
