About this apartment rental
A beautiful apartment overlooking the sea Monte Argentario in Tuscany, along the coast between Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole, in a prestigious luxury residence called "Le Cannelle", right in front of the island of Giglio and Giannutri, Which can be Admired from the terrace of the house. Here you can enioy a peaceful holiday, a few meters from the sea, That is crystal, clear and transparent and the surrounding nature is wild and untouched. The apartment is new, with fine finishes and furnishings, on two levels, complemented by a large terrace, Whose beauty is enhanced by cascades of colorful flowers and succulents, where you can enjoy absolute privacy. The apartment Consists of two levels. On the ground floor there is a large living room with sea view terrace. In the living room there is a valuable new white extendable table, Which can accomodates up to ten guests. There is a large and exclusive sofa Consisting of four end handsewn pillows, designed like the old mattresses: combining the four elements it will be born a large and comfortable double deb. The open plan kitchen is new, white and equipped with owen, induction hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is a wet bar too with professional coffee machines, Which Allows you to prepare coffee and delicious cappuccino. There is a bathroom with large shower too. A white staircase leads upstairs where there is a bedroom with double bed, large closet, 50 inch LED TV and bathroom with shower. Each floor is equipped with air conditioned. The apartment is complemented by a large terrace, with cascades of colored flowers and succulents, with absolute privacy, with a large 4 x 3 m umbrella, That When opened Provides shelter from the sun During the hottest hours and Allows you to have lunch being equipped That with a fine walnut table seats up to twelve persons. A room with another shower opens onto the terrace. There is a dependance too, with separate entrance, That opens onto the terrace. The annex is composed by a lovely bedroom with a window with view over the Giannutri island and a bathroom with shower. The annex is equipped with air conditioned and a 32 inch LED TV. At only ten steps of stairs separates you from the sea, Which is just 6 meters from the apartment. This place is amazing in the summer but out of season too. You can enjoy the sea but Also the mountain being the residence surrounded by wild and pristine nature, you can go hiking, walking etc.

What a magical week we had here at Paola’s house. The sea in front is gorgeous. Secluded, quiet, feels quintessentially like an Italian holiday from a movie. There are slippery rocks to enter the water, which can be challenging at first, but once we were out there swimming, it was the clearest, most comforting water. A couple days there was high surf, and it was fun to watch the surfers catch waves. The house itself if small but well-equipped. The private patio is the best part of the house. We had many outdoor dinners while the sun set in the distance. Make sure to bring your groceries (and plenty of bottled water since it’s not recommended to drink the tap) and settle in for a relaxing beach vacation. Paola is the perfect host. Kind, communicative, caring. She even tolerated my very bad, very minimal Italian language attempts.
If you are looking for dolce far niente, this is it.

My family and I had a great stay by the sea relaxing. Condo was clean bright and private with outdoor space and grill. Great space for family or friends. Right on the water. Beach bar/restaurant had great snacks/ice cream and drinks during the day and great dinners at night again right on the water reasonably priced as well. Love to come back again! Thanks Paola!

My husband, 16 year old daughter, her 15 year old friend, and I stayed for five nights at this beautiful apartment in the Monte Argentario area. The apartment, in a complex called Le Canelle, is on the beach (very unique in this area). The owner, Paola, met us in Porto Santa Stefeno to show us the route to the apartment (it is about a 15 to 20 minute drive). It is best to get groceries before you leave town as there are no grocery stores at Le Canelle. Paola showed us everything we needed in the apartment, including where laundry facilities are, where her little boat is, the outdoor shower for showering after you swim in the ocean, and all of the details of the apartment itself. The apartment was easily large enough to accommodate the four of us. It is spotless. It felt very private to us because it is the last apartment in the complex and the terrace is very private. The beds are comfortable. The view is incredible. You hear the waves of the ocean. There are two outdoor sitting areas, one being the terrace, with the loungers, and the other being the balcony, which also has two lounger chairs. We spent hours swimming in the sea and if you dont want to leave the apartment, you can easily enjoy your days swimming, snorkeling and sunning on Paolas beautiful terrace. If you do want to explore Monte Argentario, I cant say enough about how enchanting the area is. The local towns are so picturesque. The panoramic views of the ocean at every turn take your breath away. I highly recommend exploring the beautiful town of Orbetello. Best gelato at La Logge, and stunning sunsets over the lagoon. Forte Stella in just outside of Porte Ercole is worth a visit (check the hours first at the tourist bureau in Porte Ercole). This is a stunningly beautiful and unique area. It is not overrun by tourists; it seemed undiscovered to us (at least undiscovered to English-speaking tourists). And stay at Paolas beautiful apartment! She is a lovely woman, who truly cares that her renters enjoy themselves and are comfortable in her gorgeous apartment.
