We booked this property just an hour before arrival due to an issue with our original accommodation, and everything went incredibly smoothly. The host responded quickly, arranged an early check-in, and someone was there to greet us on arrival. We stayed in Apartment D, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—with three bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and stunning sea views. With temperatures in the 90s (°F), the apartment stayed remarkably cool thanks to air conditioning in every bedroom and the living area, plus window shutters that helped block the sun. Onsite parking was convenient, and the location is a short drive to several beaches, grocery stores, and the town of Porto Santo Stefano. A huge convenience was the elevator from the ground floor directly to our third-floor apartment—especially helpful with all our luggage. The area is peaceful and quiet. Overall, a fantastic stay—we couldn’t recommend it more.
Not much! It would’ve been nice to have slightly more comfortable pillows on the living room sofas and a few basic kitchen staples like salt, pepper, and olive oil. But honestly, these were very minor things—overall, the stay was amazing.

Große Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick aus fast allen Zimmern, großem umlaufenden Balkon. Alles da, was man braucht. Aussicht bedingt, dass man zum Strand 700m runter muss. Stil 80er Jahre, Einrichtung zweckmäßig.
