The apartment is located in Porto Ercole, on a beautiful hill, surrounded by nature but close to the sea and then to Porto (real 5-minute walk). And 'carefully it furnished with the typical colors of white and blue and the typical terracotta floors to the outside. E 'consists of a living room with fireplace and sofa bed (ceiling fan), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a bedroom with double bed Plus Size (ceiling fan) and private bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a room with two beds individual and private bathroom with shower. The large terrace runs around the entire house has large windows that make it very bright; It has an angle of terraced garden with a beautiful olive tree; In barbecue; Patio with gazebo unopiu (ceiling fans) equipped with a table for 8 to enjoy a wonderful summer dinners. Characteristic of the house an ancient tree that shades the cork properties. The sea breeze here is very nice and keeps the house cool even on the hottest days.

The location is definitely a plus point of this house: relaxing on the terrace and then if you want the nightlife, just go down and within a minute you have clubs and shops to suit all tastes!
The nearest beaches are: the most convenient to reach is the Feniglia (sand) 7km, reaches all'Ansedonia; and Riva del Marchese (of stones) with the beautiful view on the islet in the shape of turtle. The crystal clear water lovers, we recommend three magnificent beaches: Le Viste, Long Beach and Freshwater.
