LIVING ROOM opening onto a large shaded terrace (waterproof and thermally insulated tarpaulin) of 12.5 m2 and private plot of 80 m2.
Bright BATHROOM with WC + bath / shower + basin mixer, separate WC (2nd), iron and ironing board, bagless vacuum cleaner, storage unit, washing machine (no need to go to the common areas), coat rack , towel racks.
FLOOR: 1 bedroom with double bed 160 with flat screen TV (USB socket), 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe with hangers, 1 bedroom with 2 TWIN beds (80 * 2) with 2 bedside tables, 1 chest of drawers and a chair.
Each bed is fitted with a mattress pad and each pillow and bolster with a protective cover.
EXTERIOR: 2 garden furniture, 8 armchairs, electric barbecue on foot, 2 deckchairs, parasol and foot, terrace surrounded by a natural hedge of bougainvilleas which provide a screen as well as the beauty of their flowers, fence of one meter tall for the safety of children and dogs, 4 clothes dryers, male storage.
BEACH: 5 sets of fins / mask / snorkel, bubble mattress for swimming, 2 parasols and feet for sand, 2 rackets and ball.

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und der Vermieter war auch im Vorfeld immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist ordentlich und sauber, in der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht. Einzig störend war, dass die Klimaanlage nur im Erdgeschoss ist und nicht bis zu den Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss reicht. Da staute sich die Hitze. Bei angenehmen Temperaturen draußen konnten wir nachts bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Matratzen sind ziemlich hart, wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen.
Der direkte Weg zum Strand ist etwas holperig und nicht für Kinderwagen oder bei Gehschwierigkeiten zu bewältigen. Ein etwas weiterer Weg führt über die Straße zum Strand. Dort gibt es ein paar nette Restaurants. Der Strand ist nicht überfüllt, der Weg ins Wasser etwas felsig und wir hatten eine Menge Seegras. Der Pool ist nicht groß, aber die Kinder haben ihn geliebt. Bäckerei und Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Urlaubswoche in diesem Apartment. Die Wohnung bietet für 5 Personen noch genügend Platz, zumal der Garten mit überdachter Sitzmöglichkeit den Wohnraum erweitert. Die gute Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, etc. ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Einziger Minuspunkt: die umfangreiche Inventarliste in französischer Sprache, welche zu Beginn und am Ende abgehakt und kontrolliert werden muss. Eine Variante auf Deutsch wäre empfehlenswert.
Zusätzlicher Verbesserungsvorschlag: sehr angenehm wären Insektengitter in den Schlafräumen, da diese über keine Klimaanlage verfügen und die Fenster aufgrund der doch sehr warmen Temperaturen in der Nacht geöffnet sind.
