About this villa rental

Nice house of 85m² (semi-detached on one side) ideally located on the seafront, direct access to the beach, in a small subdivision 30km south of Bastia. Great sandy beach very quiet even in summer.
The house is 5 minutes drive from Folelli, where you will find all shops including a large area;
Description:
- Ground floor: living room on an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped: induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee maker. A washing machine is available in the bathroom.
- Floor: 3 small bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Presence of a steep staircase that can be inconvenient for animals and people with reduced mobility.
Outside: covered sea side terrace overlooking a small garden with outdoor shower
Various equipment: 3 kayaks, beach games, masks, fins, barbecue, beach chairs, deck chairs, drying clothes.

Das Meer direkt vor der Haustür. Wir mussten nicht mal ein Handtuch mitnehmen, da wir direkt vom Meer in den Garten mit den Liegen gelaufen sind. Sauberer Strand, den man oft für sich alleine hat. Sehr feiner Sand. Wir konnten sogar unsere Strandmuschel aufgebaut stehen lassen. Die Außendusche war genial mit den Kindern. Einziges Manko mit kleinen Kindern ist das hellhörige Haus. Ansonsten waren wir total zufrieden und würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Das Haus liegt wirklich direkt an einem wenig belebten Strand am Meer. Aufstehen, Badehose an, rein ins Meer...Vermieter und Nachbarn sind supernett und unkompliziert. Mit den 3 Kajaks kann man prima durchs Meer in den nahe gelegen Fluss paddeln, fußläufig gibt's nette Strandbars. Die Einrichtung zeigt mittlerweile wohl ein paar Gebrauchsspuren, wir haben uns aber super wohlgefühlt. Überdachte Terrasse, auf der man auch bei Regen sitzen kann, Küche gut ausgestattet, was will man mehr? Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder! Martina
