Large 25 m², the warmly lit living room awaits you as well for your relaxation as for your meals. The dining area is equipped to accommodate 8 people. You will be able to take your meals while enjoying the company of the other guests, or by simply watching the television TNT which is installed there.
The lounge area has soft sofas where you can curl up for a movie night with flat-screen TV, satellite cable and DVD player, or for a pleasant moment during which you can enjoy the fire of the fireplace.
The equipment of the kitchen shines by its completeness. You will find at your disposal: all the crockery and kitchen utensils you could need, closets, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, washing machine -washing up... Gourmets will be delighted to put their hands in the kitchen!

With 4 furnished rooms, La Villa Lucciana awaits you, whether alone, with your partner, with a group of friends or with your family. You will have the choice between the 2 air conditioned rooms of the ground floor or those of the floor.
On the floor precisely, a charming office was arranged. Thanks to its computer and the unlimited internet connection which is endowed with the house, it will make the happiness of both workaholics and teenagers who will be able to safely pursue their social activities online.
Everything is also done to accommodate the youngest: baby equipment (folding bed, stroller, high chair) are at your disposal to accommodate our smallest guests in comfort.

The Villa Lucciana has an additional asset for those who want to enjoy the mild Corsican climate: two gardens are at your disposal. The second garden is located in a backyard with a covered and furnished terrace, where you can spend pleasant evenings in a group out of sight. These will be all the more beautiful especially when you decide to make some meals on the barbecue available to you.
A petanque court is also waiting for you for more fun, as well as bikes that are always ready for a stroll in the surroundings, not to mention the many board games available to you.
Regardless of the two full bathrooms that includes the house, a shower and a separate toilet are also provided outside. They will be particularly useful for saying goodbye to the grains of sand and salt that will have accompanied you from the beach without having to invite them inside.

Nous la recommandons surtout pour des personnes du troisième âge et pour des familles: le confort,l’espace et les commodites : tout pour que le séjour soit le meilleur possible

Mit nur 3 Gehminuten zum Strand war die Lage zum Meer hin traumhaft. Wir haben viele schöne Ausflüge auf der Insel gemacht. Abends konnte man hervorragend draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen.
Das vorab per Post zu erlediegende Vertragswesen gestaltete sich bei uns recht kompliziert. Hier wäre eine Vereinfachung (vor Ort oder online z.B.) wünschenswert.
