About this villa rental
Located in the town of Cervione, 2 km from the seaside resort of Moriani, 40 km south of Bastia, 20km from Bastia porreto airport. in the Residence A Nuciola.
Cervione is in the heart of the Costa Verde, this region is bordered by 17km of beaches.
As for leisure, you will enjoy the Moriani Plage water sports centre where you can practice many activities: diving, jet skiing, catamaran, boarding.
Explore the hiking trails through oak, cork and chestnut forests and discover small typical villages as well as splendid sandy beaches.
Nearby you will find: the small port of TAVERNA (direct access by the beach), a water sports centre, a diving school, supermarkets, restaurants, waterfalls and natural swimming pool, scooter, motorbike and bicycle rentals.
The calm of the residence, located by the sea (beach located 150m away with no road to cross), combined with the charm and authenticity of the beach of Prunete, makes it an ideal place to rest!
The house of about 75 m2 is composed of:
- an air-conditioned living room with 1 sofa that can be used as a day-care bed, equipped with a flat-screen TV and a dining room table.
- A fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and crockery).
- A large bathroom with shower/bathtub, and washing machine
- separate toilets
- A furnished terrace with private garden of approximately 90 m2.
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds (joinable) and 1 with 2 single beds.
The house is suitable for 6/8 people....

We really enjoyed our stay at the cosy house. We ate everyday outside on the veranda, enjoyed the beautiful oleanders (bush with flowers), the pool on the area, the sandy beaches and the sea closebye. We have two small childern and our holiday were simply perfect. We will defenitely come back!

Good position of the house, which is located within a neighborhood of holiday homes. The beach is nearby, 200m walk. The beach has a bar-restaurant, and near by there is a camping, the beach area is clean and quiet. Nice garden but not fenced (a problem if you are with a dog), beds not comfortable, kitchen well equipped, in the living room an old sofa with mold, covered with linen, carpets not clean, they should simply eliminate them to make cleaning easier. Bathtube has a water leak, which was not solved suring our stay (12/08-29/08). We had to solicite the substitution of dirty things, no broom available, portable vacuum cleaner left with a bag full of garbage, I had to find the way to change it. In conclusion, not satisfactory according to our expectations vs the price paid.
