About this villa rental
Modern luxury villa situated 500 m from one of the most popular beach areas of Marbella. Possibility to heat the pool has been added. The villa has 4 bedrooms on a big plot of 1300 sqm where you can find both shade and sun. Big play areas for kids. The whole house is fully refurbished and equipped to the highest standard. Private garden including pool, BBQ, large terrace, easy parking for cars on the streets just outside the house.
The villa is situated in Las Chapas, one of the most popular beach areas in Marbella. The beach is easy to access on quiet streets without any crossing of larger roads. The area offers a variety of recommended restaurants within a few minutes walk, several of them on the beach. Restaurant Club 200, Simbad and Sugar Bay Marbella are located on the beach, within 700 m. Famous Nikki Beach and several other restaurants are located within 1.5 km.

About the area:
Marbesa is the beachside area located between Elviria and Cabopino. It is well appreciated for their relaxing atmosphere and their lush green environments. Marbesa is famed for its tidiness and efficient community of owners. The area is very well maintained and the streets going down to the beach have side curbs to walk on and plenty of green bordering it. Cabopino's picturesque marina is easily reached through a nice 30 min stroll on the beach.
Around Marbesa, there are smaller restaurants and cafeterias in small centres.
Water activities can be enjoyed at nearby Cabopino beach or at the Don Carlos/Nikki beach.
Aliprox supermarkets can be found close to the camping, 10 min walk from the house. Carrefour, a larger one can be found in Elviria, a few kilometers from the villa. Taxi is easy to get if needed. The Opencor is another supermarket in the area and opens 365 days a year 18 hours a day, 900 m from the house. Further shopping can be done in nearby Elviria.
Marbella town is approximately 10 minutes from the villa, while the popular Puerto Banus resort is about a 15-minute journey.

This home was everything we could have asked for. Bright, clean, spacious, and well appointed. Christer was available to help with anything we needed.

We were a party of eight adults, one child aged 7 and two children aged under two. High chairs and cots were all supplied.
The villa entrance was via a side gate but you had to walk over crazy paving that was uneven and dangerous in the dark, the outdoor lighting was poor with many of the lights not working especially around the pool, the area around the pool had broken sunbeds, we had enough beds though some are passed there best, there was no parasols also.
The pool was cleaned on our first full day at the villa, it was always at a nice temperature for the children. The garden was well kept, but most of it, is on a slope, other patio area has seating but all were in poor condition and were not used. The inside was very clean and spacious, most rooms have air conditioning, we had one issue with a unit but Christer came and fixed same day. Two of the rooms have spa hot tubs, these do not work and two couples were very disappointed, Christer said they have not worked for some time. There was plenty of wardrobe space in the rooms, but no mirrors, the only mirror apart from the bathrooms was in the hallway, so all the ladies had to take turns to dry their hair.
We felt very secure in the villa, it is well alarmed with many security
Cameras, the alarms were set off one night in error and Christer was on the phone almost immediately to check all was well. The villa is located in a very quiet area and we had no disturbances.
To summarise we had a good family holiday at the villa because we did not want to let things that were not right spoil our holiday, but on reflection it is over priced especially as everything was not as advertised, some only small things I know but when you are paying so much you want everything to be perfect.
