The room was spacious. The room was clean and the bed and bedding were comfortable. The shower was great. The place was quiet and the staff was unbelievably helpful and kind. The place was inexpensive.
The coffee maker in the hall was free to use between 8 and 12 but it is a little bit broken.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! Easy check in, room was a good size and clean. Bed fairly comfortable. They had coffee and cookies in the morning. It was very refreshing after we had bad lodging in Venice. We’re able to store our luggage after check out. Close to train station.
Didn’t find anything we didn’t like. It’s a great place.
