Builders/tradesmen working on property from early morning. Not great for relaxing

Clean and easy to get to
The shower was very very small. Toiletries were minimal. Wasn’t able to get on WiFi. Refrigerator was not cold enough. I put a water can inside for a few hours and it was room temp. No AC and no fan.
