The apartment was lovely and spacious, had everything you would need and more.
Good shower and amenities.
Check in was simple and check out even easier.
Nice area with good access to sights, rail connections and trams.
Staff were kind and helpful.
Only a couple of little niggles which wouldn't put us off staying again.
One was the stairs, this is an old property, so narrow and no handrail. There is a tiny and very slow lift most of the way, we managed our case and bags and we are over 60.
The pillows were like a hard block, one nice soft one was found in the cupboard. I'm sure if we'd asked about some soft pillows they would have been forthcoming.
If you are a light sleeper ask if they have an apartment at the back as the noise from the road outside was very loud.

This is a lovely, spacious, well-equipped apartment in an excellent location, halfway between the Duomo and the Last Supper. It’s an interesting neighbourhood with a few nice cafés and restaurants. Staff I met were charming and helpful.
A few things need improving, and this can be done easily. Communication: I didn’t know in advance which flat in the building was mine, and there was no one to meet me. I would have appreciated assistance with getting in, and with humping my case up the narrow stairs (there is a lift, but it doesn’t go all the way). Attention to detail: I shouldn’t have had to ask for a tea towel and a bathmat. Pillows: like rock.
