Location, Rooms, Cleanliness, cold bottled drinking water and flexibility to check in early was the best part. Check in was easy and check in guy was very helpful and friendly. We got more cold water bottles when we returned back.
Missing paper towel or napkins, laundry detergent, basic kitchen stuff like oil, one of the bathroom is very small but other one was very spacious.
I had to call to confirm if the early check in was possible since I didn't get response to my messages from booking.com.

Centric location
Terrible communication with administrator, was very difficult to understand the instructions of arrival, the wifi password....the washing machine didn't work, there was not sponge for washing dishes, there were not papel towels

Location 10 mins walk from Duomo and shops and restaurants all around
apartment door lock very flimsy and not secure, bedside table ready to fall over, bathroom door leads onto internal yard and stairs and curtains practically transparent we had to hang a towel
