Graça Amazing River Views

The flat itself is good. Fantastic view to the river. Equipments can meet the needs.

We really don’t like the cockroaches inside the entrance of the building, both dead and alive. After living here for about seven or eight days, the roughly ten dead cockroaches were finally cleaned up. But the next morning, when we went out, we saw several there again.

We loved the location adjacent to the Alfama neighborhood. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with great views of the river. If you’re up early enough, the sunrise over the river is beautiful.

From the beginning the experience was excellent, communication was excellent and the initial key hand over was on time and very informative. The property itself exceeded our expectations, the photographs do not do it justice . It is modern and light with double aspect non interrupted views from the bedroom balcony and the living area. All facilities worked as they should the property is on the 4th floor and accessed via a small lift. The location was perfect, easily walkable to major sites but just far away enough from the madness. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants whether you turned right or left out of the property, Alfama just a short walk away. Also plenty of transport options nearby, but if there are more than 2 of you consider Uber or Bolt it is very reasonable.

Notre avion ayant eu 1h de retard, la navette gratuite prévue sur Booking n'était pas au rendez-vous à l'aéroport. Nous avons été obligés de prendre un taxi (39,50€). De plus à l'arrivée devant l'immeuble de notre appartement, pas moyen de contacter l'hôte (le numéro donné ne répondait pas). Donc nous étions bloqués sur le trottoir sans solution. Au bout de 2h une jeune portugaise nous prenant en pitié a réussi à contacter l'hôte avec un autre numéro de téléphone (nous n'avons pas compris comment elle a fait)... Ce dernier est alors arrivé au bout de 10 mn en moto. Jeune homme (concierge ) très sympathique ne parlant pas le français et très mal l'anglais. Le reste du séjour s'est très bien passé.
