Rui connected with us to check the arrival time and asked if we needed the private pickup service. After confirming, we smoothly got connected with the driver and he helped send us to the property and get the key card.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and couldn't recommend it highly enough! The location was excelltent, the property was comfortable, clean, and well cared for. A special thank you to Rui Pedro who truly went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly helpful, very responsive, welcoming, and attentive to everty detail. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his guests and takes great pride in making sure we had a fantastic experience. We have stayed in many places, but the exceptional service and personal attention we received here really stood out. Rui Pedro made us feel so welcome and was alway available whenever we needed anything. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with an outstanding property manager.
