We were upgraded to Intercontinental Hotel as Holiday Inn wasn't functional. The staff, services and everything was top notch. Ma Shaa Allah
Especially Staff Mazin at the Reception he was very kind. I have Osteoarthritis and asked for a late check in as my flight was late. He adjusted my time of check out accordingly. Also staff Sameer and Sohail at conceirge were very helpful.
For a person like me who has joint issues going for breakfast downstairs and having a buffet for which I have to walk by was difficult. You may consider some innovation to accommodate old people like us to serve breakfast tray in the room, maybe something like that.

We had one evening meal in the restaurant which was very poor and overpriced.

Room was really clean and maintained given that I have allergy in dust. Felt that they regularly change the beddings as I didn't sneeze during our stay in the hotel.

Space of the room was good.
Location of the hotel
Too much traffic to reach at night we were forced to take longer street because of the Marsa Boulevard traffic .
We must have another access as passenger would like to check in, it took me 15 minutes trip for 750 meters distance.
Put coffee machine in the room, it's old to still use coffee sachets.
