The overall stay was very good.
The location is very excellent. The room is comfortable and big. The cleanliness is very good.
Housekeeping are not cleaning the room early although the sign to clean was on and the room was free since 7 am. Untl the time 3 pm the room was not cleaned.

It was an enjoyable stay overall, and the exceptional service from the staff made a positive and lasting impression.
We really enjoyed our stay overall, especially the warmth and helpfulness of the staff. The team was consistently welcoming and attentive, which made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. Breakfast service was excellent, with special appreciation to Donna and Rose, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, particularly for our toddler. Donna kindly arranged a special request for dal from the chef, which was greatly appreciated. Their care and service truly enhanced our experience and made our stay memorable.
Improving room cleanliness and maintenance would greatly enhance the experience. In particular, the shower area felt slippery and could be safer, and the shower door did not close properly. Adding child-friendly features such as YouTube Kids on the TV would be a big plus for families travelling with toddlers. It would also be helpful to have restaurant menus and spa rates readily available in the room or on the TV. With these improvements, our next stay would be even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Space of the room was good. Location of the hotel
Too much traffic to reach at night we were forced to take longer street because of the Marsa Boulevard traffic . We must have another access as passenger would like to check in, it took me 15 minutes trip for 750 meters distance. Put coffee machine in the room, it's old to still use coffee sachets.

A great hotel close to the airport and attached to a large mall.
Clean rooms, comfy beds, variety of pillow types, friendly staff, and attached to Dubai Festival City mall.
Nothing really to dislike. It’s a great hotel. But if you intend to explore the newer areas of Dubai, it’s a little far.
