My stay at the hotel was very comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were excellent, professional, and very welcoming throughout my stay. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of food, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing.
I do not have any negative comments. Everything met my expectations and the experience was smooth and comfortable.

What did you like?
I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location with beautiful views and easy access to Festival City Mall. The breakfast was delicious with many options, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.
A special thank you to Mr. Hassan at the front desk for his outstanding service. He was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. His warm attitude, quick assistance, and attention to detail made the check-in and overall experience smooth and pleasant. He truly made us feel valued as guests. We will definately book for another staycation very soon.

The location is close to the airport, making it perfect after a long-distance journey. The room was good overall, although the AC was not cooling sufficiently on the first night; however, it worked much better on the second night. The breakfast was excellent.
The charging point in the room was not working properly for my iPhone. As a result, I had to return to the parking area daily to charge my phone in the car, keeping the engine running for around half an hour each time.
