Very quiet and comfortable stay close to main city and beach. Friendly staff and nice Breakfast. Bathroom (WC) felt a bit old. Renovation needed. Very good view from rooms. Separate swimming pools available for kids and adults. Nice garden area and private beach. Found a red stain in the quilt cover. Staff were friendly and quick enough to replace. Got a complimentary cake as I stayed on my Birthday. It was yummy and delicious and the team took the effort to make my stay memorable.

Hotel itself is a bit outdated. What I really enjoyed were rabbits living on the property, cleaning stuff did their job excellent, breakfast food was always tasty even tho I got a bit tired of eating same for a week. Hotel stuff was always polite and sorted out a situation I had very quickly. What I don’t like was the location, unless you planning to stay in the hotel you need taxi all the time, everything is far. Also I don’t recommend visiting Dubai in June bc it is already very very hot and water also hot even in early mornings. And one last thing is doors to the beach open at 5.25am and you can only swim until sunset which was 7.10pm. Lifeguard whistle you out of the water which I never heard of or read before.

Food was subpar, overly salty. Got towels and sheets that clearly had spots on them. Not very walkable to local sights, had to cab everywhere from there. Stayed there for several nights and went to a wedding there - bride and groom did not get separate suites to get ready on site, and multiple weddings were held on the same night. Hotel advertises shuttle services to local sights but did not actually follow their schedule.

The whole staff was incredible helpful, kind and cheerful. The beach, waterpools and the park was very clear, always good to visit and spend the entire day there. The food was quite delicious, various but can be so to say boring for a whole week. Recommended for both families and for couples as well.

Stay was very good. My family enjoyed beach and pool but food was not at all good. Since hotel is four star hotel really should offer good food. We went out to eat food. You can reallybgocto Impero with very good food taste
