The location and the cleaning staff which were friendly and professional with amazing cleaning. The reception staff were also very quick with the check in and check out
1- I chose the room based on the view but was shocked to see that some type of white dotted sticker stuck to the windows which ruined the experience. I wasn’t able to view neither the fountain nor any events occurring which fails to make sense since many rooms are pricier due to the view it provides. This was not there last year.
2- the fridge in the room was not suitable for storing medicines such as insulin which had to be discarded and wasted due to such occurrence.
3- We have been visiting for several years and the buffet has been unchanged throughout the years with no creation nor taste to suite a hotel of this level, honestly it’s really disappointing and I hope for change to come.
