Very comfortable appartment, the Nspresso coffe maker with capsules was highly appreciated. Well taken care even if someone wants to use diswasher there are capsules! Very close to city center.
The sofa bed we used because we were 4 was a bit uncomfortable compared to the normal bed. The airconditiin was automatically switcing off after 2-3 hrs in the night and I had to wake up to switch on again. The neibourhood did not feel safe.

The location was great! It was handy to have a kitchen & washing machine too.
There was a faint smell of cigarettes in the apartment but otherwise it was a great place.

The Hotel cum Apartment is in a fantastic location near the main train station..place is clean and comfortable..Lots of restaurants near by. A great location to stay in Munich
