    We stay here for 3D2N. The experience was amazing, check in and out process was easy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, we slept through the night. The hotel is located at convenient location either to old town, to Da Chau concentration camp or to ICF Munich all in walking distance.

    My favorite hotel in Munich! They have everything you need! The front desks are very helpful and polite! They made my stay enjoyable! Can't wait to return here again in the future !

    I am writing to formally express my serious dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at your hotel. First, I was required to pay a €250 security deposit upon check-in. While I understand that such policies may exist, the way it was enforced was poorly explained and left a negative impression from the very beginning. Second, I found the front desk staff to be inadequately trained in guest communication. Several interactions were unprofessional and did not reflect the basic level of courtesy expected from a hotel operating under the Marriott brand. The most serious issue relates to housekeeping and hygiene standards. One of our rooms was not cleaned despite us leaving early in the morning (around 12:30 PM). In addition, overall cleaning quality across both rooms was below acceptable standards. A towel provided contained a visible red stain, which raises serious concerns regarding hygiene and quality control. Furthermore, despite our prior request for connecting rooms, this request was not fulfilled, nor was any proper explanation or alternative solution provided. Overall, this stay has fallen significantly below the standards expected from Courtyard by Marriott and has resulted in a complete loss of confidence in this property. For clarity, we will not accept any form of future compensation, vouchers, or discounts for future stays as a resolution to these issues. At this stage, any such offers are not relevant to us, and our future booking plans within the Marriott brand have been seriously reconsidered. I expect a formal written response addressing each of the points raised, along with an appropriate resolution for the service failure experienced during this stay.
