    Our stay was not as we expected since at the arrival there was no staff to take out luggage and no water bottles in our room even on first day and there’s no telephone in room to call housekeeping or reception to ask something if you need, that’s very pathetic tbh and the location is also not very good. The room doesn’t even have air conditioning and the bathroom doesn’t have proper lighting as well

    Good rooms, but be aware no airconditioning in Summer, so xan be hot in rooms. Otherwise fine. Easy to get to Hbf lines and transport. Plenty of food and shops around.

    Staff helpful, location good (close to train, food, sights, etc), but no AC nor fan. In summer it is very hot!
