Everything was perfect, starting from the cleanliness, warm and big room, comfy mattress and most importantly great staff. The receptionist Suleyman was outstanding with his welcoming and open to any questions or needs we had. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

The night receptionist was very polite and helpful during check in . The bed was huge and comfortable and the room was very good size not like the small boxes the modern hotel buildings provide . The location is top
The bathroom really needs fixing . The shower head was broken , the radiator was leaking. The entrance of the building is very dirty and used like a delivery ramp from the shop on the ground floor. The password of the entrance is just written on a piece of paper(not even printed )and put on the glass door so everyone at night can enter guest or not ..... So no security. The whole 3 floor smelled like food all the time . And the worst for me was the floor carpet in the room . With stains from bleach and other things . It was really clean but I really couldn't walk on this so I needed to stay with my shoes until I got some slippers .
