About this apartment rental
Very cozy apartment located in the renowned residential area of Rome Prati, bordering the center and inside the 1st town hall.
Some references for walking.
The apartment is:
a) 1.3 km. walk from the Vatican Museums
b) 1.5 km. from Largo del Colonnato (St. Peter's Square / St. Peter's Basilica)
c) about 2 km. from Piazza del Popolo / Via del Corso
d) 1.9 km. from Castel Sant'Angelo.
e) 750 meters from the Ottaviano / San Pietro underground station.
The apartment is therefore well connected, in an extremely safe and beautiful location, with the bus stop 32 exactly in front of the entrance and another line that passes in the nearby Viale Mazzini. The 32 goes in the direction of Piazza Risorgimento / Metro Ottaviano (towards San Pietro), or in the opposite direction (Olympic Stadium)
The "Ottaviano" underground station (line "A", red) is only 2 bus stops away (or 750 meters on foot).
The house releases a warm environment, there is a beautiful cherry parquet, and the house is fully equipped, with air conditioning, smart TV, Internet (both cable and wi-fi), and two small balconies (one in the bedroom). bed and one in the kitchen). The bedroom is 17 square meters.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking and modern appliances, including a dishwasher and a modern refrigerator.

Generally, after the first contact, I send by email a tourist guide in English in PDF format for the use of guests, to be able to visit Rome in just a few days by dividing the tourist attractions into 3 macro areas that allow you to walk the paths necessary to reach the various sites.
