The apartment is spacious and quiet, in an elegant building style Umbertino , in the historic residential district of Prati, which extends on the left side of San Pietro Church( 15 minute walkinng).
85 square meters, consisting of bedroom, living room (which is a second double bed) living room-kitchen (fully equipped), balcony and laundry room. On request, the house provides 2 Cots for children up to 3 years old (free) and a cot (up to 10 years) or a bed for adults.
Included in the price: final cleaning (except washing dishes), ADSL, WiFi, utilities, linens.
At check in will be required a deposit of € 100.00 (refundable)

Didn’t understand how to adjust the thermometer for heat. It would be great if City tax were included in online payment, maybe this is not possible?

Host was very responsive and answered all questions quickly and clearly. Good location with easy access to both bus and tram. I would recommend this to a friend or come back myself!

This apartment is so charming and elegant at the same time. Roomy and comfortable, in a charming walkable neighborhood. Pleasant walk to the Vatican. Highly recommend.

Great location 15 min to Ottaviano subway . Grocery nearby , excellent appt equipped with ALL you need . Clean sheets. Towels and excellent water pressure in the shower!!! Good communication with the hostess Highly recommended. Price wise good for more than 2 people to split the cost. We were able to leave luggage before 3 pm and got option to stay till 10:30 on check out day. Comfortable beds Huge closets , very spacious bathroom. We chose this place bc we wanted to be closer to Vatican walking distance.
