La ubicación y el equipamiento.
Faltaba microondas, el piso es antiguo, por ello algunas de las paredes tienen humedades

Piękna i zadbana kamienica. Klatka schodowa i szafka na listy urzekająca a winda robi wrażenie zatrzymanego czasu z przeszłości. Spokojna okolica. Mieszkanie klimatyczne i czyste. Dobry układ pokoi. Ciekawe i obszerne umeblowanie. Wygodne łóżka ( w sypialni bardzo szerokie) , czysta pościel i ręczniki. Kawa, herbata, olej, sól i cukier w zaopatrzeniu. Sporo naczyń. Blisko piekarnia i sklepy, kawiarenki. Nieopodal kościół. Dobry kontakt z wynajmującym .
Klimatyzacja tylko w sypialni i przedpokoju, niestety nie jest wystarczająca. Konieczne było wylewanie wody z dużego baniaka na klimatyzację, co dla samych kobiet wynajmujących lokum może być zbyt ciężkie. Rozczarowaniem była w kuchni zmywarka, z której nie można było korzystać. Hałas aut z ulicy niestety przeszkadzał.
