We are situated east of Chania just off the National Highway to Rethymno.
30 minutes driving from the airport, 10 minutes driving from the port, and 20 minutes driving from the center of the city.We speak English, German and Greek.In the same building of your room it is an outside pool , with pool bar and a restaurant with cretan specialities open from May untill October.
The studio has its own entrance and huge, private balcony with view of Souda Bay. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking appliance and all the tools and dishes needed for quick and easy meals. Linens and towels are included.

Summary of reviewsFunctional and clean apartment with a large shaded balcony offering a breathtaking 180° sea view. Comfortable beds. Very warm welcome by the hosts living on site as it is a small family business with a restaurant, terrace, and pool. Excellent local specialties at the restaurant sourced from the family farm. Private pebble beach below within a 10-minute walk... stunning! Xania center only 10 minutes by car and shops 5 minutes by car.

Appartement très fonctionnel et propre avec un grand balcon ombragé toute la journée donnant une vue imprenable à 180° sur la mer

Accueil très chaleureux par les hôtes habitant sur place car il s'agit d'une petite affaire familiale avec restaurant, terrasse et piscine
Restaurant avec spécialités locales excellentes car les produits sont issus de la ferme familiale
Petite plage "privee" de galets en contre bas accessible en une 10aine de minutes... magnifique !
Centre de Xania seulement à 10 min en voiture et commerces à 5min en voiture
