La atención y amabilidad de los dueños del alquiler,las instalaciones son nuevas..el alojamiento es muchísimo mejor que en las fotos, está a 20 minutos del centro a pie si no quieres mover el coche y es un barrio muy tranquilo

This place was absolutely perfect, it completely exceeded our expectations especially because of the very affordable price. The place was so spacious and incredibly clean. The host was the nicest host we’ve ever had, she even waited up for us when our flight got delayed. I cannot recommend this place enough, an absolute hidden gem :)

1. Location: it's in a residential area, very local, safe, quiet (except for the weekend church bells), friendly neighbours. We didn't have a car but noticed parking should be no problem - just outside of the house.
2. The apartment itself: clean and spacious; the whole apartment is quite cool even without the AC at about 30-32 degrees; well-equipped with all the necessary appliances - all look new and functional; very comfortable bed for our liking. Bathroom is modern, clean, and well ventilated. BBC World on the TV is a pleasant surprise. There is a genuine home feeling staying here - the pictures speak for themselves. Owner is generally easy to contact and very helpful.
3. Local amenities: there is a well-stocked Chalkiadakis Supermarket 4 minutes walk away, and just opposite is an excellent restaurant Katzouris Pantos Kairou, very popular with locals at night. Restaurant Oi Geuseis Tou Kalyka is good for both sit-in and takeaway of e.g. roast chicken/gyros/etc - 6 minute walk away; Other smaller shops, bakery and cafes are also within walking distance.
Location: some may find it a bit far from the town centre - approximately 25 minutes walk from the KTEL bus station/centre, but it was not a problem for us at all. In fact, we enjoyed walking it off after having some big dinners in town.
