Exceptional house and host

Samara was an exceptionally helpful and communicative host, always responding quickly while being super careful to never even remotely intrude on our space as guests. Camana is tastefully decorated and was spotless and very comfortable during our stay.

Everything about the property was high quality and so comfortable. It was well equipped for cooking a meal. Beds were very comfortable with beautiful linen. Location was excellent.

Fantastic and will definitely stay here again if we come to St Ives

Camana is the best place we’ve ever stayed in St Ives. It has 2 parking spaces on private drive, that’s really really rare already, located on top of the hills near Carbis bay, but very easy walk to centre of St Ives. One minute walk to big Tesco which is very useful for family holiday with kids in case you forget to pack something. One minute walk to village pub Cornish Arms, and it’s a lovely place with great food. The property itself is huge with nice open plan kitchen and lounge, huge fridge enough for family of 6! The attention to details upstairs in bedrooms and bathrooms are remarkably. plenty of storage, big surface area in en suites and bathrooms, even built in place in the shower for easy to store toiletries. Lovely colour scheme throughout. kids bedroom is on the ground floor and owner is very kindly arranged special bedding for our 5 year old and a massive welcome Easter bunny chocolate by Lindt! Such a sweet thing to do. We have really enjoyed our stay and already recommended to our friends. Thanks for all the clear instructions on recycling too (It’s more complicated in Cornwall:-))

Easy walk into St ives . Nice pub 5 mins away good food . Spacious accommodation ,very clean and modern.

Fabulous - Home away from home.

The house was perfect: spacious, clean, bright, modern and comfortable. Had everything you would need, a home away from home. It is situated in a good location, walkable in to St Ives, and to Carbis Bay beach, and with a supermarket just round the corner. It is easy to drive to all the sites on the west coast. Would definitely recommend, and stay here again. Samara, the owner, was friendly and easily contactable.

Everything was perfect ! Excellent host. So friendly and welcoming! If we ever come to Cornwall again we will definitely return again.
