Allocated parking, ease of entry, good communication throughout, apartment layout, very comfy bed, availability of kitchen utensils and shower.

Upon entering sawdust in front foyer, no instructions for TV, microwave combi, heating, coffee machine (Also, limited to 6 pods, if figured out how machine worked would require more for a longer stay). Advertised with toiletries, however only hand soap, one un-labeled dispenser in shower and what looked like bath crystals were available. Right bedside light was faulty. Gowns were hard and slippers were missing. Under the bed had not been swept. Apartment is overlooked by opposite property, to ensure privacy blinds had to be lowered, and lights on during the day. The seaview was not obvious. No extra touches, when told guest was there for a special occasion. Overall, felt like we were the 1st guests and work had just finished. We have been very picky, this is not to be spiteful, however our expectations of a luxury stay were not met and certainly not exceed. If the above points were considered, it would have been 10/10 experience.

Excellent Short Break

Really nice modern apartment with good attention to detail. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The WiFi worked really well, shower was good and the small kitchen was great for making a light breakfast. We found the accommodation quiet and in a good position situated about 15 minutes walk from the beach at Carbis Bay. There was good off road parking in an allocated bay close to the apartment. We had a great stay for a couple of nights.

Everything was great at the apartment. So nothing we did not really like. The only very small point is that it would have been great to have spare toilet paper. When staying for 2 days you do not really expect to have to buy toilet paper.

Perfect place to stay whilst visiting Cornwall and would deffo return and stay in the room with the garden.

Spacious, super comfy bed, loved the bathroom and the whole place was really clean. Having the sink, toaster, Nespresso machine and fridge were such great additions. Hosts were super friendly and responded to questions really quickly.

Having no outside space and there wasn’t enough space to unpack our clothes fully. Also would have loved more toilet roll and a towel change during our stay.

Amazing family friendly apartment in a lovely location. Nice and quiet!

Great layout and had everything you need. We have 4 month old and an age specific cot was provided which was amazing. There was even a sofa bed set up which we didn’t even up using. My wife absolutely LOVED the bath as well!! The mattress on the bed was also incredible, I think I’ll be purchasing one for home!!

Couldn’t figure out the air con but it wasn’t essential!

A lovely Carbis Bay stay

The view was great (especially sunrise!) Room was cosy and comfortable. Bed was especially comfortable. Bath was really nice. Kitchen was well equipped. The whole place in general was well equipped, great to have fridge, coffee machine, everything has been thought about. Great location too!

It's not very often we stay somewhere and find nothing we dont like. This was one of those rare exceptions! Faultless

Lovely stay

Lovely room, well equiped. Host also appeared when we arrived to greet us and gave us a swipe card making in/out access easier. Top sheet provided as I'd requested, which was needed due to it being so warm.

Not enough parking space for all 3 apartments, so had to park on the road which was narrow and lots of other cars doing the same. Metal edges on blinds knocked against windows when windows were open, so couldn't leave the windows open in the night.

Looks aesthetically pleasing and modern in a nice area but poorly executed in set up and service

Good location

The velux window blinds did not work which meant we were woken early. Another window was not shut properly which lead to the sofa bed being soaked with water. The keypad did not accept the code on the 2nd day so had to use the card for access solely . The room is too cluttered around the kitchen and the draws. We had to remove things from the draw to put our clothes into them. The kitchen area is just to small and cluttered so makes it quite difficult to actually use!

Mordern comfortable studio with a great view

Cleanliness, comfort and great country view. It’s ran by a couple who clearly have good eye for detail and are also very attentive. Kitchenette is small but well equipped - no cooking pan but there is a brand new air fryer. Looking out from the window is like looking at a lush green canvas. Won’t hesitate to stay again.

Lovely modern apartment with great views of Carbis Bay.

Good spacious room with good shower and comfortable bed. Lots of high tech, eg blinds and air fryer! Lovely views of Carbis Bay from the room. Nice to have the Nespresso machine. Towelling robes were good.

There were a couple of issues, eg one of the blinds didn’t respond to the remote switch but this was sorted out quickly by the host. Some of the design could be better, eg a large bath took up a lot of room and there was hardly any space for food prep. The table where we ate was very small.

Es handelt sich um ein optisch sehr stylische Wohnung mit kaum prsktischem Wert.

Die Unterkunft war ausreichend groß und hell durch viele großzügige Fenster.

Nicht besonders geeignet für ältere Menschen, da 2 Stockwerke mit Koffern zu bewältigen waren und kein Aufzug vorhanden ist. In der Wohnung selbst gab es kaum Möglichkeiten, Kleidung unterzubringen. Ein Schrank oder eine Kommode waren nicht vorhanden. Die minimale Küchenzeile bot keine Möglichkeit zum Kochen, d.h. es konnte nicht einmal 1 Frühstücksei gekocht werden.
