About this cottage rental
A stunning house offering superb self-catering accommodation in the grounds of Tregenna Castle Resort, surrounded by manicured gardens, with a golf course and seasonal swimming pool on site. St Ives is a beautiful walk (1 mile) along the coast, where you can enjoy its many wonderful beaches as well as explore the independent art galleries, and a visit to the Tate St Ives (1.5 miles) is a must for art lovers. Wandering around this popular town, you will find a wealth of interesting boutique shops and great pubs and restaurants to enjoy.
This interior-designed property has been stylishly decorated with quality fixtures and fittings. Entering the property by the front door, turn into the welcoming open-plan lounge which leads to the dining area and kitchen. With plenty of comfortable seating, the inviting lounge is a great space to sit back, watch a movie and unwind. The dining area and contemporary kitchen are beyond and offer a great shared space to enjoy meals. A convenient WC is located off this open-plan space. Going up to the first floor, you will find the family bathroom and two bright spacious twin rooms with zip-and-link beds which can be made into super-king-size on request; one of the bedrooms has a luxurious en-suite shower room. Head on up to the third floor and enter the master suite, great for a family, with a super-king bed, en-suite shower room and an adjacent room with a single daybed. This is perfect for a young child and has plenty of floor space for a travel cot; alternatively, it could be used as a dressing room for the master bedroom.
Whilst the property doesn’t benefit from its own outdoor space, you are welcome to use the manicured gardens of the Tregenna Castle Resort.
Guests have access to the Tregenna Castle Resort facilities on a pay as you go basis however the swimming pool is not available during school holiday periods.
