MyeongDong New Stay Inn

Location is good. Easy to get to and easy to move from. Having the washing machines and dryers on demand was a beautiful bonus. Loved the contactless check-in and check-out. Also the free microwave and the water dispenser. Room cleanliness was acceptable. Loved the printed, personalised welcome message.

Room size was uncomfortably small for 3 people with luggage, made moving around very difficult. Walls are relatively thin, which made you practically a member of the family next door. It was extremely hard to reach any of the staff for help. I only saw one staff member on the last day before checking out. We found one small bug on the floor one time, but for me it wasn't that big of a deal. The smell in the elevator was horrible.

Location was good although it’s not within the Myeongdong shopping area itself. There were a lot of cafes, shops, and convenience stores nearby.

The toilet and bath set-up was kind of difficult to manage. Have to be careful with the water direction and pressure so as not to create a puddle.

Very good location, close to two metro stations and to bar and restaurants and with a convenience store in the building

Very basic tiny room with flood-type bathroom, no bath towel, uncomfortable pillow, staff completely unhelpful when (seldom) present.
