    Room: Small but functional. The room type we selected (Standard Double) came with both a washer and dryer, which was really convenient. Do note that you’ll need to purchase your own detergent - GS25 on Level 1 of the hotel sells small packets for around 3,500 KRW. Having a washer and dryer in the room definitely came in handy, as you don’t need to pack as many clothes for your Seoul trip and can save more luggage space for your purchases, y’know 😄 The room was clean, and the bathroom was quite spacious as well. They provide disposable slippers, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, but you’ll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Location: Very convenient for getting to Myeongdong - it’s just a short walk across the street. There are also some cafés and food options around the hotel. Hotel facilities: There is a laundry room available for guests whose rooms don’t come with a washer and dryer. There’s also a small gym. However, both facilities open around 7am(?) and close around 9pm, so do take note of the operating hours. Others: We used the self-check-in kiosk upon arrival. The kiosk only issued one key card, though. The staff were quite friendly and helpful whenever we had any questions. We did not opt for hotel breakfast hence can't comment on that. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Seoul, as long as the price remains reasonable 🙏

    I really enjoyed my stay at SL Hotel Myeongdong. The location made it easy to explore Seoul, with plenty of shops, restaurants and public transport nearby. The room was comfortable, and the hotel was a great base for sightseeing and shopping. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting Myeongdong.

    I had a great stay at SL Hotel Myeongdong. The location was very convenient, with shopping, restaurants and public transport nearby. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little small, but overall, it was a good value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Seoul!

    Rooms very small Difficulty getting hot water right away . Hand soap bar too small . Difficulty using a/c could not turn it on. No wash cloths. No washer dryer in room no small kitchen area in room only hot water pot which was not working the first day. However great location and very nice evening staff at front desk
