You can also have parking (optional) in the basement of the same building price to consult with the owner.

Plaza España is just 200 meters from two central beaches of Nerja, beautiful for its coves, Calahonda beach and the lounge beach. It is located in the same way in the center of the historic center of Nerja, where there are several shops for shopping such as coffee shops and restaurants, post banks, all within 100 meters in the wonderful pedestrian street of the municipality

The property was perfect. Close to restaurants shops and The Balcon. Torrecilla beach was a gentle stroll away. Plaza Espana is a lovely modern pedestrian square which is kept impeccably clean and a very large terrace means you can sit outside and enjoy a coffee or wine . It does tend to get a little noisy in the evening but this is with local children who come here to play. Not with groups of holidaymakers

Great location, near to all bars ect but very quiet at night. Spacious apartment with many cupboards ect. Lots of coat hangers which was unusual and a nice surprise. Would definitely book again.
