About this apartment rental
Luminous penthouse located at the well presented urbanization Las Fuentes de Nerja, next to Torrecilla Beach and only a few minutes walk from the Balcon de Europa and the old town of Nerja. The area is full of cafes and is a delightful place to sit and watch the world go by. Open plan lounge and dining area with open plan fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and cafe machine. Glazed terrace offering excellent views of the sea, smart TV, dinning area with seating for 4 people, master bedroom with a double bed, 2nd Bedroom with twin beds. Both bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Large communal swimming pool and gardens open in spring and summer. Sleeps 4.

The apt is centrally located so you can walk to many restaurants, shops and beaches. The pool us nice however there are no chairs. My complaint is that the apt was dirty. The shower had mold in it. I complained and the next day a lady came and scrubbed it but that should not happen. Also, we had to buy garbage bags and dishsoap as there was none.

We have stayed in this accommodation before and always have been very happy with everything from the booking to the arrangements for arrival .and the flat itself . It was great to have the use of chairs and umbrellas and also being able to check out a little later at 2 pm . any problems were attended to quickly.
Just one thing - could some thought be given to opening the pool in the afternoon - even a little earlier perhaps 4.00 pm would be good.
We will definately be returning next year.

The apartment was excellent, had everything we needed. Teenagers were safe to go out and have fun. Nasir was fantastic when we had a minor issue and resolved it straight away...1st class service. I would definitely recommend to a family.
