You can enjoy local life from your private terrace or walk just a few steps to find yourself in the heart of Nerja, with the Balcón de Europa and the main beaches practically around the corner.
The Property: A spacious home designed for groups or families of up to 6 people. The layout features 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and two additional bedrooms with two single beds each. There are 2 full bathrooms (one accessible from the hallway and one en suite from the master bedroom) and a hallway that stands out for its constant natural light thanks to its integrated skylights.
Indoor and outdoor living: The heart of the house is an exceptionally spacious and bright living room, connected directly to the outdoor terrace facing the main street. This fluidity allows the breeze from the centre to cool the entire room. The kitchen has high-end appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a dishwasher, oven and microwave. It is a functional and modern space, ideal for preparing everything from a quick coffee before heading to the beach to a full family dinner.
