About this apartment rental
Location, location, location! This modern two bedroom apartment is in the Plaza de España, the heart of Nerja, next to the town hall and next to the famous Balcón de Europa.
It has access to the rooftop pool with stunning views over the town and coast and is right next to a host of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and stores.
The apartment is cozy, fully-equiped, 85 m² and has capacity for 4 people. It has a modern open plan kitchen with granite worktops and stainless steel appliances, dining room and living room with two large French windows opening onto the large terrace overlooking Plaza Espana.
There is a large double bedroom with access to the terrace and en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and another bedroom with two single beds also with access to the terrace. There is a second bathroom with shower.
Facilities include an elevator, fully equipped kitchen with oven / hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer, washing machine, hair dryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, electric blinds, air conditioning in all rooms and underfloor heating. The apartment also has an assigned parking space in the secure subway parking accessed by the elevator. The communal rooftop pool is round, with a diameter of 5 meters and depths of 1.0 to 1.2 meters. It is surrounded by a large solarium and is open all year round. There are 2 sun loungers up there which are for the exclusive use of this apartment.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays longer than 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cribs, high chairs, beach towels, additional cleaning, cab transfers and pets (on request) ...

The local caves - Cueva de Nerja - and the neighboring "Pueblo Blanco", Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Further afield, but within easy reach, there are water parks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountain range with fabulous ski slopes during the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Malaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Nerja has a great public transport network - or you can rent a car to discover the area at your own pace.

appliances were top class - extra bin bags left in apartment - handwashes in both bathrooms - washing up liquid at the sink. Sun on the balcony for most of the day. Basic pack was very welcome and was good value for money. great to have access to the rooftop pool. Apartment location was very central with easy access to bars and restaurants.
A new king size mattress would be very welcome.

This was our third time at Apartment Plaza de España. You couldn't wish for a better location if you want to be close to fantastic restaurants, shops, the Balcon de Europa, beaches etc. In saying that, the apartment is so peaceful with a fantastic view of Plaza de España. For us, one of the highlights is the expansive balcony where you can dine, sunbathe or just watch the world go by. As always, Caroline and the rest of the team were fantastic hosts.

Great location, excellent accommodation. The apartment is fully kitted out for all needs and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend and l will be back again.
Perhaps a spare set of towels, but other than that everything was excellent.
