About this apartment rental
We're ready to share our completely renovated beach condo with you this summer. We are located about a mile west of OIB center and the pier.
Enjoy beautiful inlet views from both the front and back decks. We are only a 4 minute (200 yards) walk to the beach. After fun on the sand, return for a swim in our community pool (chairs provided) fishing or crabbing off the docks, or launch kayaks in the inlet. Later, catch a beautiful sunset over the inlet from the docks.
This is a perfect couple's get away. However, the condo will sleep 4. We have two single bunk beds off the master bedroom so great for a couple with 2 children.
Guests can use our storage room downstairs, with 2 bikes, chairs, umbrella, charcoal grill, etc. When requested, linen can be provided in off season for a fee.
Use your Netflix, Amazon or other account as we have Roku for your streaming entertainment. TVs in den and bedroom.
Our complex does not allow guests to bring pets. We do have an overflow parking lot and room for boats, trailers, golf carts, etc. (Guest must register with management co)
GOLF CARTS ARE PERMITTED (with restrictions) and has stand alone golf cart charging for guests. You must let owner know if you plan to have a golf cart.

We have a great relaxing get weekend. The place was super clean. The host was great with contacting me for any questions I had. Will definitely stay again.

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. There were a lot of little things that made the place feel very homey. Loved the little guest book on the side table. We met Elaine at the pool our first day and she was very nice and welcoming. We loved the back porch swing and the few of the water. The bunk beds in the “crews quarters” were also very cute and exciting for children. The pool was very nice and clean as well. Our second beach day we used some of the things in the downstairs storage that came in handy for our last beach day which was nice so we didn’t have to purchase more things. The walk to the beach was also very easy and not far at all- even with a 4 year old. Overall our experience was very delightful and we hope to come back in the future.

We had a great stay! Excellent location, handicap accessible beach access , pool, and docks for fishing.The condo had everything the two of us needed.

Highly recommend staying here. Beautifully decorated. Very clean. Comfortable bed. A quick walk to the beach. Beautiful sunsets. Hosts, Elaine and David, were wonderful. They made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and if we needed to reach out to them, they always promptly got back to us.
