About this apartment rental

Dockside Landing is located in the west end and has many amenities including free boat parking, a private boat ramp and a fishing dock! This top floor 1BR/1BA condo has many updates. There is a large closet area with bunk beds queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Kitchen has new stainless steel applicances. Full fridge with filtered water and stove with oven. It is fully stock with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. For those who love to cook verses eating out, the kitchen is fully stocked with spices and other extras. Also has brand new stacking washer and dryer. The master bath opens to a deck with table and chairs to view both ocean and waterway! The entrance deck overlooks a lagoon with fountain. There is also a swimming pool on site. For security purposes, a camera is located outside only.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect, clean, well kept, and fully equipped. The location is fantastic: we had easy access to the backside of the island for a few fun paddling trips, and a very short walk to the beach. The front balcony has view of both the Intercoastal Waterway as well as the ocean. We loved watching the sun set, and stargazing at night. Really nice, quiet and friendly neighbors. We will consider it again for our next beach trip, without hesitations!
