About this apartment rental

Located on the western end of Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is located in a low-rise oceanfront complex, and is a side unit with great OCEAN VIEWS in an oceanfront complex with oceanfront swimming pool. Fully equipped kitchen, flat panel television with DVD player, wireless internet access. Two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, central heat and air, deck with seating, ceiling fans, microwave, dishwasher, shared washer dryer in the complex, shared charcoal grill, direct beach access at the complex. Non-smoking and no pets. Bed linens are provided and beds will be made up for your arrival. Towels are not provided.

Ocean Isle Beach is a fantastic beach. We will be back. The location of this unit is on the beach side with beach views from the living room and deck off the living room. Easy walk down the steps and across the dunes to the beach. Owner was quick to respond to all questions. If you are wanting a low commercialized beach that is family friendly, Ocean Isle Beach is a great choice.

Clean and adequate for four people. Didn't use the pool or ocean front as we had family on the island and spent day times with them. Bob is very responsive to enquiries. Met a resident who has lived there for over 40 years. Morning sun in master BR and good view of ocean (better than some in the building). For Seniors, the lack of elevator and narrow doors could be a problem for some folks. Overall we liked it and consider going back.

This is my 2nd summer renting this listing. We absolutely love it here. The location is prime. The ocean is just feet away. It’s far enough away from the hustle & bustle of the main part of the island. But still enough kids around for my daughter to find playmates. Parking is always easy. Pool is always clean & never full. Unit is clean & well stocked. The owner is very accessible, accommodating, & very communicative. We absolutely love it here. We look forward to coming back next summer! Thanks for having us!
