This inviting condo is located in Starboard By The Sea, a mid-island condo community. This second floor condo is located on the west end of the island and is just a short, one block walk to the public beach access with ramp access. Enjoy fun in the sun on the beach or sun bathe around one of the 3 community pools or enjoy our round of tennis at our private tennis / pick ball courts. Relax on your private deck watching the wildlife around the lagoon.

Could only find 2 pools (nothing ocean front considering the beach is 2 blocks away) 3 tennis courts 1lined for pickleball. 32 steps up to condo. No ceiling fans. Bring your own towels and sheets and toilet paper ( they provide 2rolls). The condo is nice and private but the steps are a killer. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood.

This property was the perfect location for my family of 5 with young children. The pool was close and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all.
