About this apartment rental
Want to have a quiet family vacation with lots to do? This is a great little spot for a family with children or just a family of friends. Porch overlooks the pond where you can watch the turtles sun bath on the bank. Three pools to choose from to cool off in on a hot summer day. If you are on the beach and want to cool off, one of the three pools is located ocean front. You can fish, paddle board and kayak at high tide from the community dock that sits on the marsh looking at the waterway. Enjoy the community tennis courts and grilling station that is located in the middle of the complex. STRICTLY 2 PARKING SPACES ALLOWED. GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED BUT THE GOLF CART WILL COUNT AS ONE OF THE PARKING PLACES. NO DROP CORDS ARE ALLOWED TO CHARGE GOLF CARTS. IT IS A MAJOR FIRE HAZARD. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. NO BOATS, JET SKIS OR TRAILERS.

This property and the Starboard complex/community it is located in is very nice. Such a convenient location to the beach, the pools, and the sound. Everything needed for a great stay was provided and the kitchen was well stocked

Condo was great but the location was not “1 minute walk to the beach” as advertised at the time. I commented to the management company about the misleading photo in the listing and the bold statement about “1 minute”. They did not apologize or explain. They just wrote how to get to the beach from the condo. We timed the walk several trips and it was 5 minutes or more. Big deal? Yes for a family with smaller children and lots of beach equipment. There was a photo in the advertisement (hopefully updated now) with a picture of a house and a HOME ICON ON THE HOUSE with a boardwalk connecting to the beach. Incredibly misleading and borderline fraud. The house in the photo was referring to a community pool but between the home icon above the building and the “1minute walk” I assumed the condo was on the water. Very disappointed
