About this villa rental
The villa is set in a wonderful position on a little hill at the edge of the Vendicari Natural Oasis. It is surrounded by a two hectars of land, on different levels. The view is charming: in front, the sea and the Oasis with the ancient Tonnara; all around the villa Noto’s green countryside with olive and carub trees.
The villa is slightly more than a mile from the white and sandy Vendicari Oasis’ beach; nearby there are also many other sandy beaches. Some stunning and more wild as Calamosche and Eloro, others with full facilities also for kids’ needs, as Agua in S. Lorenzo.
The villa developes on 250mq, on two levels, and it’s ideal for group of friends, couples, or families travelling together.
On the ground floor: a wide living room with fireplace, comfortable sofas overlooking a terrace. A big and well equipped kitchen that opens up on the outside; a bedroom with 4 beds ideal for kids and another room that may be used as a living room or bedroom.
On the first floor: three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds), all facing enchanting terraces with great views.
Apart from 3 bathrooms with wide showers, the house offers also two external showers
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning; Web TV, washing machine, fridge with freezer, hairdryer, flat iron, parking area in the garden and alarm system.
Supplementary services that may be provided at cost:
Bike 15E/day
Baby Pack 50E/week (baby cot, baby seat, baby intercom’s)
Sicilian dinner box 20E/person (box with local Sicilian food and full course: pasta with home made Sicilian pesto with ricotta, pistachio, ground pine nuts and almonds and local tomatoes). Please advise if you may have special dietary requirements

This is our second time staying in this house, and we love it!
Gorgeous view and location is perfect to head to all the nearest beaches.
The space is big enough to host my whole family and we make our best summer memories here.

We absolutely loved our stay here. My parents live in Noto so it was a great distance from the town and beaches. Vendicari and the surrounding beaches are in my opinion the best strip of beaches on the east coast. I’ve been coming here every summer all my life. My brothers stayed at the house with myself and husband, and 2 kids under 2. Apart from the great location, the interior is a great layout, we had some amazing dinners outside and enjoyed lounging together and swimming in the pool. Would definitely come back to the house another year. The house feels safe and tucked away from the main road, and has everything you might need. Very homely feel. We hope to come back another time !

We had a wonderful time at this stunning place with a group of 10 people/kids.. it‘s just a beautiful house located in a magical place with big garden and great views.. go there, you will love it!
