Villa Le Tre Muse is a charming complex in Ognina, Syracuse, made up of 3 independent houses. This listing is the right choice if you want to book the entire property, with all three houses reserved exclusively for your group of up to 12 people, along with private use of the garden and swimming pool!
With its elegant, modern design, the villa features a large garden and a beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage.
Perfect for holidays dedicated to relaxation, sunshine, and well-being. Start your day with a refreshing swim in the pool and breakfast in the shade of the garden.
And the sea? Just a 4-minute drive takes you to one of the most beautiful coastlines in the city.
The Space
Villa Le Tre Muse Beach consists of three independent houses, each with an elegant, modern design, created to provide maximum comfort and relaxation—perfect for a group of 2 or 3 families.
Each house includes: a kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, 1 or 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom.
The only exception is Casa Calliope, which doesn’t have a sofa bed in the living room but instead offers an additional bedroom.
The Pool
You will have the large, beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage all to yourselves. Take a dip first thing in the morning, relax in the afternoon, or enjoy a swim in the evening.
Each house has a fully equipped kitchen with 2 induction hobs and high-quality appliances, ideal for preparing meals to enjoy outdoors—whether under the veranda or in the shade of the garden.
The living rooms are furnished with Smart TVs and comfortable three-quarter sofa beds.
Most importantly, the houses are equipped with the latest generation air conditioners with air treatment filters, and every window has mosquito screens to guarantee a stay free of nuisances.
The bedrooms are fitted with premium double mattresses to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
All rooms are bright and offer views of the garden or pool.
Designer furnishings and refined details add a touch of luxury to every space.
Guest Access
You’ll have the entire villa with its large outdoor spaces and hydromassage pool exclusively for you.
Guests can access the property through the main gate and park inside the dedicated parking area.
Other Things to Note
The owners live in the same complex, in the adjacent house, which has its own independent access and two separate entrances (including those for cars). Guests enjoy full independence and privacy.
