About this villa rental
- Ancient stone block elegantly restored. Immersed in the green countryside of Ragusa, it can accommodate up to 14 + 2 people. The entire property ensures privacy and relaxation for those who want to enjoy a refreshing holiday enjoying the sun of Sicily by the pool. The Villa, built entirely of stone, is arranged on two levels. On the ground floor there are the built-in kitchen, dining room, a bathroom, living room with double sofa bed, 1 twin bedroom, 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one of which is suitable for disabled guests. Upstairs there are 1 double bedrooms with private bathroom, overlooking the swimming pool, another 2 bedrooms with private bathroom and park views and a twin bedroom. From the dining room on the ground floor you reach the covered veranda overlooking the garden where the swimming pool and changing rooms are located. Next to the veranda is the oven room where there is a stone barbecue and a wood oven. Outside there is ample parking, a small equipped playground and a covered veranda . -

The house was very nice, and the service from Oriana was very, very good. She is a wonderful person. We are so pleased. The house was very nice and clean, and we loved the bedrooms , and that every double rooms had a bathroom.

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful villa. We were three families with two kids each but the house is big enough and comfortable, the gardens are spacious and the pool is very nice. It was such a nice and interesting stay.
We did a lot of sightseeing around. We visited Scicly which is a little town nearby; Sampieri with a sandy beach is only about 4kms away. We visited also all highlights of the surroundings such as Syracuse, Ragusa, Noto and Modica.
Oriana and Michele are really wonderful. They are welcoming, attentive to needs and helpful. On the first day they even came to the airport to show us the way to the house. On our last day they prepared for us a typical Sicilian meal: very tasty and big quantities ;).
We certainly recommend Villa Antica Aia.
