The attentiveness of the staff especially the check in people. Restaurant staff was so cordial and went out of the way to accommodate our family of 10.

The location was handy for access to the Villa Romana Del Casale.
No seat on the toilet! This is a modern conference/wedding venue! Dinner was set menu and a bit disorganised...

It was a beautiful location and lovely pool. The decor is lovely, beautiful rooms looking over the countryside. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The part of the property we were staying in hadn’t quite been finished. No place to unpack clothes and little finishing touches.
