Villa Dei Papiri Fonte Ciane

There aren’t enough words to thank the incredible staff at Villa Dei Papiri Fonte Ciane. During our stay, one of my relatives experienced a sudden health emergency, and the staff responded with such promptness and genuine care that we will never forget it. They assisted us throughout a very difficult moment, and their support made all the difference. Beyond that, the accommodation itself is truly lovely … a true Sicilian experience! Rooms were cosy, beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed their delicious breakfast each morning.

In the middle of nature. Lots of outdoor spaces

Small room with “local friends” like spiders, geckos and worms. Breakfast was limited and the same every day. You could easily hear the people in the room next door talking or having sex.

The ambience of the property was truly exceptional. The abundance of open space created a calm, relaxing atmosphere that made the stay even more enjoyable. The presence of animals added a charming touch, enhancing the overall experience and making it feel more peaceful and inviting. The ample parking space was a definite bonus, and the nearby hiking area provided a great opportunity to explore and unwind in nature. I also really appreciated that each room had its own outdoor furniture and chill-out area, offering a perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings.

The room was a bit on the smaller side. Although it was nicely decorated with charming old furniture, there wasn’t much space to relax indoors, especially if the weather didn’t allow spending time outside.

Bedrooms need some refurbishing, some beds are not very comfortable and some bathrooms don’t smell very nice
