About the villa:
Villa Giulia is located in the well-known resort town of Fontane Bianche, right next to the popular beach, which has received numerous awards. The sea is just 70 m away, with nearly private access away from the main road in a quiet and upscale residential area.
Villa Giulia stands out for its 1,000 m² of well-maintained outdoor grounds, featuring Sicilian palm trees and plants. Ample parking is also available on the property.
In the center of the garden, which is completely shielded from view, lies a 10x5m outdoor pool with a whirlpool. The pool area is the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.
Another highlight (currently in the planning stages) is the covered outdoor cocktail bar. Not to be overlooked is the outdoor kitchen, built in 2023, complete with a pizza oven and BBQ, as well as the covered outdoor dining area with plenty of space for family and friends.
The villa was completely renovated and modernized both inside and out in 2022. From the flooring to the modern open-concept kitchen—including the living-dining area—as well as contemporary electrical systems (e.g., air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, electric swing gate with hands-free intercom, heating, and lighting) and two newly built bathrooms, the entire Villa Giulia shines in new splendor.
