proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, ottimo anche il posto auto interno alla proprietà all'ombra. La posizione è davvero comoda, si va al mare in pochi minuti a piedi. Il giardino e la piscina sono molto belli.
Servirebbe la lavastoviglie e qualche miglioramento all'interno della casa e in generale ci sono troppe telecamere (anche sotto il porticato)

Villa molto grande anche se un po' datata ma con tutto il necessario per trascorrere bei momenti.
Bella piscina, bagni molto grandi, esterno funzionale in base a tutte le esigenze
La posizione è ottima per scendere a mare
La villa necessita di qualche accorgimento, trampolino da rifare, esterno da sistemare con piccoli lavori che potrebbero rendere il tutto decisamente più gradevole
